'Aarakshan' Special Screening

Save for a couple of states in the country,Prakash Jha's controversy-ridden filmAarakshan released today to scathing reviews.

In a screening held last evening at Cinemax Versova, the cast of the film was present with the director.

Deepika Padukone, who stars opposite Saif Ali Khan in the film, arrived draped a magnificent Sabyasachi sari. 

Director Prakash Jha escorts the star of his film -- Amitabh Bachchan -- to the venue. Jaya Bachchan (not in picture) was also present at the premiere. 

Leading man Saif Ali Khan, who plays the protagonist Deepak in the film, looked dapper in a suit as he flashed a smile for shutterbugs on his way to the theatre. 

                                                         

Prateik Babbar, one of the central characters in the film, arrives.
